Presented by the Department for Business and Trade, these sessions offer UK delegates and businesses the opportunity to schedule focussed meetings with festival bookers, agents, music supervisors, promoters and sync agents who have travelled from around the world to speak to British artists and companies.
There will be two speed meeting sessions this year, taking place on the Mezzanine at the Leonardo Royal Brighton Waterfront hotel at the following times and open to TGE UK Delegates only.
Thursday 14 May – 11.00-13.00
Friday 15 May – 11.00-13.00
Delegates will be allocated up to two 10-minute meetings (subject to availability), but please feel welcome to highlight all guests you’d be interested in speaking with, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Sign-up will close at 5:00 PM Friday 24th April 2026. Delegates will be notified of any meetings they have been allocated within the following week.
Please be aware that this opportunity is open to UK-based delegates and businesses only, demand for these meetings is high and meeting slots will fill up very quickly, so make sure to sign up soon.
