Q. How do I receive a refund for my TGE20 or TGE21 ticket?
Your TGE2020 and TGE2021 tickets remain for TGE 2022 and we’d love for you to join us, although If you’re unable to attend, please contact the ticket agent that you purchased your ticket with and request a refund. For TicketWeb customers you can content them via their HelpDesk.
Q. Is my TGE 2020 or TGE 2021 ticket still valid for use at TGE 2022
If you did not request a refund for your TGE 2020 or TGE 2021 tickets they have automatically been rolled over to TGE 2022. You do not need to do anything.
If you purchased your tickets via Ticketweb (our lead ticket agent) you should be able to login to your account and see your ticket purchases. Closer to the festival you will be able to download your e-tickets.

Q. Can I transfer my TGE20 or TGE21 ticket over to next year’s event instead of receiving a refund?
Yes, if you did not request a refund for your TGE 2020 or TGE 2021 tickets they have automatically been rolled over for next year’s event and we’d love for you to join us.
Q. What does a festival ticket get you?
A 3 day festival ticket gets you access to all core programme artists, subject to each venue’s capacity. Access to our Spotlight Show is via a separate ticket only. Tickets for TGE 2022 are on sale now, grab them HERE.
Q. What does a delegate pass get you?
A delegate pass gets you access to the Conference Events from Wednesday 11th May – 14th May 2022 which include panels, debates, keynote interviews, networking sessions and parties. You will also get priority access to gigs in our core venues subject to each venue’s capacity.
Q. Can I buy a single day ticket for TGE?
Single day and 2 day tickets (Friday & Saturday) are now on sale. You can book these tickets here
Q. I booked my festival ticket on somebody else’s credit card / I booked tickets for somebody else who won't have my credit card to collect the tickets. How can tickets be collected on site?
If you booked e-tickets just bring your ticket to wristband exchange during opening hours and we will exchange your ticket for a wristband. If you have arranged to collect your tickets on site please bring with you a letter from the card owner giving permission for you to collect the tickets. The letter needs to state the name of the person collecting the tickets and the last 4 digits of the credit or debit card used to make the ticket booking.
Q. I think I gave the wrong email address / delivery address when I booked my ticket. What should I do?
Please contact the ticket agent that you booked your tickets with. They will be able to assist you with updating your info on their records.
Q. Do I have to be 18 or over to attend TGE?
Yes, the venues that we use for The Great Escape are for people aged 18 and over. Our Spotlight Show is separately ticketed and is a 14+ show.
