We want to congratulate The Last Dinner Party for taking home the Rising Star Award at tomorrow night’s BRIT Awards! As well as achieving their first UK Number 1 album last month with their debut LP ‘Prelude to Ecstasy’! Here’s a look back at their history at The Great Escape and their performances in the lead-up to and at TGE23:
The TGE23 journey started for The Last Dinner Party back in November 2022 when they headlined our First Fifty showcase at Moth Club, performing to a sold-out crowd!
In March of 2023, the quintet then joined us in our hometown of Brighton for a special free entry TGE Present show at Green Door Store. With the group gaining momentum as one of the most exciting new acts from the UK all spots at this show were snapped up quickly!

Following the release and success of their debut single ‘Nothing Matters’ The Last Dinner Party played one of the most anticipated shows of the TGE23 weekend to a packed-out room at Chalk. Their performance was one to remember with many of those lucky enough to see it saying it was one of the highlights of their weekend
