We’re delighted to confirm the return of the popular Steve Strange Award for its third year. Introduced in 2022 in honour of the late live agent and co-founder of X-Ray Touring Steve Strange, the award recognises a music act that is breaking through creative boundaries in the music industry, with the recipient of the prestigious award receiving a cash prize of £5,000. The winner will be revealed following this year’s festival.
Previous winners of the award include Audiobooks (2022) and Milanosport (2023) pictured. The award is voted for by delegates who attend The Great Escape via the online delegates area.
