Wednesday 13 May – 16:00–22:00
Thursday 14 May – 10:00–21:00
Friday 15 May – 10:00–21:00
Saturday 16 May – 10:00–20:00
When Can I Collect My Wristband?
4-Day Tickets: From Wednesday 13 May onwards
Thursday Tickets: Wednesday 13 May or Thursday 14 May
Friday Tickets: Friday 15 May only
Saturday Tickets: Saturday 16 May only
If you arrive in Brighton early, we recommend collecting your wristband on Wednesday to avoid queues. Please note, wristbands must be collected between the times stated above. If you arrive after wristband exchange has closed, you will not be able to collect your wristband until the next day.
Your Festival Tickets
E-tickets will be sent to the email address used to purchase your ticket one week before the festival. No need to print your ticket
Simply show your e-ticket on your phone at Wristband Exchange

Ticket Problems
If you have any issues with your ticket, please visit the Box Office, located next to Wristband Exchange on New Road from Wednesday 13th May.
Collecting Wristbands for Groups
Every attendee must collect their own wristband in person.
If you bought multiple tickets, your group does not need to arrive together. Just make sure each person has their own e-ticket to scan.

All venues operate on a Challenge 25 policy, ID will be required for anyone that appears to be under 25. Anyone unable to provide proof of age will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.
