Collecting your festival wristband couldn’t be easier. Head on down to wristband exchange, situated on Jubilee Square, from Wednesday 11th May to exchange your 3 day ticket for your wristband. Day tickets can be exchanged only on the day that your ticket is valid for.
If you purchased tickets for the cancelled TGE 2020 or TGE 2021 events and did not request a refund for your tickets, they have automatically been rolled over to TGE 2022. You do not need to do anything. Your ticket agent will have issued you with e-tickets. E-tickets for TGE 2020 and TGE 2021 are valid for TGE 2022.

For ticket collections and queries, please head straight to the Box Office, which will be situated next to Wristband Exchange on Jubilee Street. You do not need to print out electronic tickets. These tickets can be shown at wristband exchange on your phone, just have then ready to scan on your arrival.
Once you have received your tickets you will just need to bring them along to wristband exchange between the following opening times.
Wednesday 11th May – 17:00 – 21:00
Thursday 12th May – 10:00 – 21:00
Friday 13th May – 10:00 – 21:00
Saturday 14th May – 10:00 – 20:00
Please note, all festival goers must be present at Wristband Exchange to collect their wristbands.
If you are local or arrive in Brighton prior to TGE, head on down to Wristband Exchange on Wednesday 11th May to beat the queues. Both 3 day and Thursday tickets can be exchanged on Wednesday 11th May. Friday and Saturday only wristbands must be collected on the day you are attending.
